Direction and Production
The video was created so that the four seasons change slowly to fit in with the serene space of the restaurant called "Hayamomiji" that means "Early Autumn Leaves".
The sunlight filtering through the trees, the shimmering of leaves, the color of the sky, and the amount of leaves change subtly with each season.
Even in the same autumn season, the color gradually changes from yellow to orange and then to bright red, and so on.
Since this is a permanent installation, it was necessary to simplify the operation, so I designed the system so that the images can be selected and the power can be controlled at the touch of a simple button.
Art projects are often prone to discrepancies in processes and man-hours, so as the leader of the project, I kept in constant contact with the bussiness partners to ensure that all parties were on the same page.
